The 25th Woking Beer Festival will be open on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th November, 2018.
If you have not worked at Woking Beer Festival before you will find it a great way to meet some members of the branch and whether you help while we are open or during setup we are sure you will have fun. The week starts on the Tuesday before the festival with much of the heavy lifting being done during the day, lighter tasks start later in the day and continue throughout the week. We are open Friday evening and for two sessions on Saturday. The main job is serving beer and cider, but there are plenty of other tasks so indicate your preferences on the form. We take down on Sunday morning when there are a mixture of heavy and light tasks, so all are welcome. If you can help on Sunday you are invited to join us for a beer and a curry in the early afternoon.
If you are able to give any help, even if it is just for a few hours, please let us know by one of the following methods.
- The easiest way is to use the on-line staffing form.
- Download and print out the paper staffing form; the return address is on the form. Better still, print out a few extra copies and pass them to your friends.
- Send an email to wbfstaffing@yahoo.com. Remember to include: your name and contact details, whether you are a CAMRA member, your prefered jobs, and which sessions you can make.
